Damon Stafford oversees the executive management team for Consolidated Claims Group, LLC, and its family of companies. In this capacity, Damon has direct responsibility for development and execution of internal and strategic growth strategies, as well as operational and technology initiatives. Prior to founding the Company in 2011, Damon held sales and management roles in the medical industry and with Fortune 100 technology companies, EMC & IBM.
A native of North Carolina, Damon graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Management.
Matt Livingston is the President and Co-Founder of Consolidated Claims Group, helping to grow each brand through a focus on thought leadership and innovation. Having served in sales, management, and executive roles for a variety of Fortune 100 technology companies, Matt is a veteran of building relationships and imparts his experience into overseeing CCG’s sales, sales operations, marketing, and education teams. Matt energizes his teams by fostering an environment of genuine collaboration where team members share in each other’s personal and professional success.
Matt holds a double B.A. in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Reza Nikrooz joined Consolidated Claims Group in 2015 as the VP of Claims after a two-decade long career serving the insurance industry. Beginning his career with State Farm
Insurance, Reza went on to hold leadership positions at ICA and Travelers Insurance,acquiring a deep-seated understanding of what carriers needed from their partners in claim resolution. Applying his industry insights towards fulfilling CCG’s commitment to its partners, Reza spearheads the Account Management and Customer Service teams.
Reza holds a double B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mark Anderson leads Consolidated Claims Group’s operational, financial and administrative functions. He also works with the chief executive officer and executive team to execute the Company’s growth strategy, taking the lead on identifying and overseeing strategic acquisitions. Mark joined the Company in 2013 and has served as its chief operating officer and chief financial officer since 2015.
Prior to joining the Company, Mark served as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer for a high-performance engine manufacturer with financial backing from Peninsula Capital Partners. He also founded a custom residential construction company, investment banking firm Anderson LeNeave & Company and spent five years practicing tax and mergers acquisition law.
Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Tennessee, and is licensed to practice law in the States of Tennessee and North Carolina.
